GENERAL INFORMATION
Normal unloading time from 7.30am. Public opening times 10.00am - 4.00pm.
Please be set up by 9.30am (there will be refreshments available in
the 'Turf' room, off the Concourse room, from 9.00am - this is run by the
venue and not by ourselves)
DO NOT PACK AWAY BEFORE THE ADVERTISED CLOSING TIME
Normal stall fees include 6ft, 12ft and 18ft frontage, tables and chairs, and access to rear of stall. There are other limited sizes available in the form of an L shape 8ft. x 6ft. Seats are provided.
If you do use lights you will need an extension lead (plug in adaptors not allowed) and all electrical equipment has to meet current safety regulations. 1 X 13 amp socket per stall, but this may not be directly behind your table so please ensure your extension lead is at least 4 mtrs long. High power halogen lights etc.cannot be used at the venue.
No Blu-tack sellotape or pins are to be used on any venue walls or any other surface.
Please make sure that your table covering reaches the floor at front, sides and rear of table so that all stock is hidden from view. Please keep rear of stall as tidy as possible if you are in a centre block. If you have display boards please make sure that they are kept within the area allocated to yourself at the rear of your table.
Tables must not be moved without permission as they have been positioned to give the correct width for walkways and fire exits. Paste tables are not allowed but a small extra table may be used behind the table we provide - as long as it keeps within the allocated space.
Please remove all litter from your own stall at the end of the event.
PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE. Wild Designs holds Public Liability Insurance
for all events, but this does not cover you or your goods or any injury to
customers, which is caused by, or arises from a product you have sold them.
Public Liability Insurance should be carefully considered by all stallholders.
We would prefer that you have insurance, especially if demonstrating your
products.
ONLY THOSE CRAFTS/PRODUCTS WHICH ARE AGREED AND LISTED ON THE BOOKING FORM MAY BE DISPLAYED.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Deposits are accepted (half full price), balance must be paid by 3 months
prior to event.
Bookings less than 3 months in advance must be paid in full.
Cancellations within less than 28 days notice will be charged half of full cost.
Any cancellation with less than fourteen days notice will be charged in full.
Any exhibitor failing to attend on the day will lose the full amount.
